Tilda ash bucket for Eldvarm
Tilda Ash Bucket
Where Fire’s Ritual Meets Refined Design. Eldvarm unveils two new designs that expand its collection of contemporary fireplace accessories: the Tilda Bucket and the Emma Basket XL. Created in collaboration with Swedish designer Emma Olbers, the pieces continue a decade-long partnership defined by sustainable materials, refined craftsmanship and a deep respect for the rituals of fire.
“I imagined that quiet moment when you’re cleaning out the stove and want to return those mineral-rich ashes to your garden,” Olbers reflects.“It’s not just about disposal, but about reuse, closing a small, natural loop in everyday life.” Olbers’ latest creation, Tilda, is an ash and kindling bucket that honours both the completion of fire and its anticipation. When not being used for ash, Tilda works beautifully for storing kindling and fire starters.“The challenge was to ensure that while the material is tough and robust,
the final object still feels refined enough to be left out on show,” Olbers explains. “That balance between strength and elegance is always the key.”
Powder-coated steel provides the foundation, with custom brass details and hand-stitched vegetable tanned leather. Two versions feature oiled walnut lids. Crafted in Poland like all Eldvarm products, each material speaks to objects built to last.
